"It was quiet and cozy. The owners were kind when I spoke with them. As was made clear there isn't AC so it did get a little warm over night in the room, but a few minutes with the door open cooled down quick. I would recommend a fan. However, would stay again."

"Queen's Loft was a nice surprise! I expected a small second-story loft, but it was quite large with a kitchenette, nice roomy bathroom, dining area, living area and 2 king beds (and 2 twin bed that we didn't use), and lots of windows that we opened at night to let the cool, piney-scented air in. What I loved the most was how quiet it was there. Going to sleep breathing piney-scented cool air in complete silence was wonderful....best rest I've had in a long time!"

"Clean, quiet, and very private retreat in nice neighborhood, just a short distance from downtown Arcata, shops and restaurants. It was perfect as a base to explore the area from Eureka to Trinidad, with lots of opportunities to hike in the redwoods, birdwatch at the famous Arcata Marsh, and stroll/tidepool at the many beaches."

"Property was clean outside of some carpet stains, slightly smelly sofa pillows and screens that didn't fir all of the way around. This is mainly a 4 bedroom apartment with the two lower units being long term rentals. One unit has a nice older lady (directly underneath) the other is a family with 3 young children who can be loud at times (crying etc) views not accurate on the site so we have added some truer ones. Beds should be updated except the single one. Views are really nice and it is close...

"Property is fabulous. Wish we would've been staying more than 1 night. Amenities were great, outside space was fantastic (hot tub was great). Entire space was cozy and had the best vibe. Hosts were great with communication. Easily one of the top VRBOs I've ever stayed in. We'll be back. "

"We loved it there!!! The mastery carpentry and design was a thrill to admire. It was quite and felt like home. If you need strong wifi this may not be the place for you. But the description says that. We loved it!!! The birds singing all day and it was well equipped to cook full meals!!"
