"Nice comfortable room, good location. There was a strong odor, not sure if it was the cleaning solution, seemed like maybe trying to cover an old smoke smell. I did not ask to move because I arrived after a long day of travel, and just wanted to rest. It eventually dissipated. The pool was nice, breakfast was standard buffet as expected."

"During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room.
