CELEBRAMOS AQUI NUESTRO HONEYMOON, NOS DEJARON UN DETALLE EN NUESTRA HABITACIÓN X DICHO MOTIVO Y NOS HICIERON SENTIR ESPECIALES , LA PASAMOS ESPECTACULAR. UN SITIO MUY ESPECIAL PARA NOSOTROS. The breakfast itself is good, but the whole experience surrounding it is chaotic and well below the standard you should be able to expect from a hotel. Guests are herded into the breakfast area in a very impersonal manner, almost like being at a school canteen. It is extremely noisy and hectic, and the staff working around the breakfast area are neither particularly friendly nor welcoming. You get the feeling that you are simply part of a crowd that needs to be processed as quickly as possible, rather than a paying hotel guest. On top of this, the waiting time for the elevators around breakfast time is completely unacceptable. It adds even more frustration and makes for a stressful start to the day. The food itself is perfectly good, but the organisation, service and logistics surrounding breakfast are simply not good enough. The hotel really needs to address this.
