"We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst...

"Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. "When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out"

"Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"
