"We stayed in this unit while passing through Daytona on the way to Tampa to board a cruise ship. We enjoyed it so much we stopped back by Daytona for one more night here before heading home. The owner is very easy to contact and willingly answers all questions. Looking to stay here a couple more time this year. "

"We had a pleasant stay at this dog-friendly waterfront home for New Year’s. The location is peaceful and the private dock was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. Having a washer/dryer and a designated work station made the stay very convenient for our family. The property was VERY clean on arrival and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. "Communication with owner, Chris, was superb. The unit was full of Florida sunshine. Beds were very comfortable. Incredibly nice fluffy and large towels. Bathrooms had shampoo and bar soap. The coffee bar was very well laid out with a keurig and coffee pot. Location is great for us. My parents live in oceans. So we walk to see them and just across the street, easy daily stroll on the beach. It’s a walkable location to the grocery, Walgreens and even putt putt. It is also very close to the...

"The kitchen had every t hing you vould need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The ointetnet wouldnt stay in. The only time the tv worked was on the last night. But that was ok. I would definatly stay here again in future. Thanks"

"Our host was great! He keep me informed on what to do when I got there and when we left. It was a smooth transition on both ends. The fenced in backyard was spacious and our dog loved just running around with no care in the world! Everything was clean and well keeped! If we ever visit again we’d definitely try and stay here again!"
