Keep in mind that there is no "BRIDGE" to Daufuskie Island, so your adventure begins with your choice of a private boat, ferry, or your very own vessel. Positioned at Marker 40 with 50ft deep water at high tide, it's just a 20-minute boat ride to Savannah and Hilton Head, offering you endless possibilities for exploration. The fishing in the area is excellent, and you can even catch redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead right from the backyard dock.

This beautiful 3bdr home has a master bedroom, with a King bed, spacious master bath and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 double beds and a bunk with a double bottom and single top. Jack n Jill bathroom and each bedroom have its own sink/toilet area. A cozy sitting room with a daybed and trundle is nestled in between. The large living room and kitchen boast an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting island for entertaining. Along with a half bath conveniently there for you or guests to use.
Take your time to explore the island, unwind, and rejuvenate your mind and soul. Most importantly, savor every moment in our little piece of heaven. If you're interested in tasting the unique flavors of rum, bourbon, or vodka, distilled right here on the island, be sure to visit the Daufuskie Island Distillery. Start your day or boost your afternoon at the School Ground Coffee Shop, where you can indulge in gourmet coffee, espresso, lemonade, and more. Additionally, there is a charming historic church on the island that hosts interdenominational Christian services every Sunday.

Keep in mind that there is no "BRIDGE" to Daufuskie Island, so your adventure begins with your choice of a private boat, ferry, or your very own vessel. Positioned at Marker 40 with 50ft deep water at high tide, it's just a 20-minute boat ride to Savannah and Hilton Head, offering you endless possibilities for exploration. The fishing in the area is excellent, and you can even catch redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead right from the backyard dock. If taking a ferry/water taxi, you will need ground transportation from the dock to the rental and book a golf cart as well. Fees apply. DRG is here to help you with all the logistics and more!

This property has a cameras on the house only overlooking the front and back yards (not pool) of the property.
