Dart About is a superb family holiday home, its has plenty of living space and good sized family kitchen and three bedrooms. Outside there is a large tiered garden with summer house at the top, the perfect place to unwind and take in the breathtaking views across to Dartmouth. This holiday home is well situated close to the local post office and the Dartmouth Steam Railway, which runs from Kingswear to Dartmouth, a popular attraction which also has its own cafe and shop. Alternatively there are car and passenger ferry’s which will take you across to Dartmouth, which has plenty of pubs, restaurants and wonderful local shops and galleries.
Size:  Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms Beds:  2 King Size and 1 single room Rooms:  Hallway, Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, Stairs for first floor; Bathroom, few more steps up to landing; King room with ensuite shower room, further King room and Single room.  Kitchen & utilities:  Large fridge/freezer, four-ring electric induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, built-in washing machine and dishwasher.  Entertainment:  Smart TV with all terrestrial channels, Netflix and Disney+, an iPhone dock, BT broadband/WiFi Parking:  Parking is provided for Dart About in Darthaven Marina. There is also limited free on-street parking.  (Please provide your car make, model, color, registration).  General:  WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking. Pets:  1 pet welcome Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Notes:  The car park permit is arranged in advance and needs at least 10 days notice for the permit to be purchased.
