"Excellent property! If you can't find free parking be sure to just grab a ticket and don't follow the signs that say scan the QR code for parking. Very walkable and clean. Host was awesome!"

"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."

"It was advertised as an apartment. It was NOT an apartment. But the room was quiet which was nice. Good place for a nap. My smoke alarm was dying but a quick call to the front had it fixed in about 15 minutes. No shampoos or conditioners. Decent location. Honestly when I walked in I was like.... what did I just get myself into. But again. Quiet room. Good place for a nap. Good price."

"Wouldn't mind returning again if in the area, helpful staff made everything feel effortless during our stay!"

"A wonderful stay at Phil’s cozy Dallas retreat! The spacious comfort, rooftop pool, and convenient parking make it a great choice. Highly recommend booking with Phil for a relaxing Dallas getaway!"

"Daniels Property what is everything we expected. Very well appointed and a perfect, short walk to ATT stadium and Globe field. Daniels communication was excellent and we had no issues at all! 5 stars all the way around... we will be back!"

"The place was clean, neat, very spacious. We loved our stay. And the hosts were very easily and readily accessible for any questions or help! We will definitely be returning to stay here during our next visit!"

"This apartment is within walking distance from the AT&T Stadium. One walk across a parking lot and you’re there! It was perfect for us going to our event. The apartment was spacious and clean! Will add, if you plan to have two vehicles, be ready to pay for parking for the 2nd. I missed that part if it was listed in the description of this property."

"stayed for a concert for one night, super easy check in with instructions, very nice hosts! property was very clean and within close range of food and groceries. access to the back for parking was confusing at first but quickly found it! overall a great place to stay would book again if ever going back!"

"Traveling alone but felt completely at home in my room here. No complaints!"
