"We enjoyed our stay at Rinn Shiki Juraku. The rooms were clean and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. Overall it was an incredibly lovely experience and we would definitely come back."

"Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. "

"今回の京都旅行で1番印象的なのが、長屋造りの宿舎です。チェックインの際のスタッフの方も親切で、事前に到着時間を伝えていて大通りまで出て出迎えて下さいました。また、効率的な付近の観光情報を教えていただきました。荷物も事前に配送させていただきましたので受け取り対応もして下さいました。長屋造りになっていて、お隣りが近いせいか隣の海外旅行者が玄関チャイムを押して私たちに台所の使い方を聞いてくる貴重な体験もありました。部屋が広くて古い造りで子どもたちは、大喜びでした。自転車で近所を回ることを楽しみにしていましたが、3日間雨で自転車に乗れず残念でした。"

The owner was very kind and he provided precise recommendations for transit. He also provided us with a map of Kyoto as well as a general guidebook for tourists. I absolutely recommended this location for your next stay in Kyoto. "

"This was the perfect place to stay in Kyoto. There was the cutest bakery three doors down that had the best pastry and bread. Close to convenience stores and a grocery store. Close to bus stops and the castle! The location can’t be beat. The space was clean and spacious. Although I would suggest that the space is more conducive to those not worried about privacy and noise as the space is quite open. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10! "
