Lovely hotel close to everything in Da Nang
This hotel was absolutely great for the price. Only downer was that we had a room with a window to an air shaft. But the room was comfortable, had all the amenities and the service at the hotel was exceptional. The head receptionist Na bent over backwards to assist us and the hotel driver Han, expertly guides us to Bana Hills, Hoi An, the Marble mountains and more. Always wanted the a smile and safe driving. If we ever come back to Da Nang, this is the place we will stay 😊

Hotellet overordnet ok til pengene, men heller ikke mere. Ville ikke vælge det igen. Ikke den samme service og venlighed som vi ellers har mødt i Vietnam. Selve hotellet levede ikke op til billederne fra hjemmesiden. Poolen var lille og slidt. Motionscenter lå nærmest i restauranten og var måske 10 kvm. Maden i restauranten var dårlig.

Great service and nice staff
Good rooms, could be a little better with som noise cancelling as you could hear people in the hallway, and the sounds from the streets (But thats just Vietnam overall 😉) Great location close to the beach. Great service by the staff that helped with transport and entrance to different amusements. Cheap prices. The rooftop pool looked very nice eventhough I didn't have time to try it, it also has a bar. The view from top is pretty

施設自体は若干古い感じがしましたが、広くて海にも近くて良かった！ ホテルの前にGrabの客引き？がたまにいましたが、ドアマンが追い払って下さったり、ホテルのエントランスの階段もキャリーバックを運んで下さりました

The room with partial sea view we checked in was not consistent with the photos we booked, such as all dark wooden furnitures and floor instead of the light colors in the photo. It felt old and dark, making it very uncomfortable. The countertop of table was not clean very well and was sticky. There are many food markets, shops and convenience stores near the hotel, which is very convenient.

名前の通り川のそばで、ナイトマーケットまでの距離もさほど遠くなく、立地条件は最高でした。またホテルのスタッフも気さくで、いい人達でした。 朝食も種類がたくさんあるわけではありませんが、パンにフルーツ、卵料理と私には充分で大変満足しました。 次回またホイアンに来た際には是非利用したいと思います。

This hotel was comfortable, immaculate and very friendly. The staff were very generous and met our every need. Had laundry done and although more expensive than other services in are it was done incredibly well. We walked to dinner and beach was 3 mins away. Highly recommend!!

Loved everything about my stay here except that I couldn't control the AC. There was no individual AC unit in the room itself. The hotel itself was great, location was perfect and i enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Our receptionist was wonderful and so was our driver, Son Le🥰. Son Le treated us like family and even got medicine for me ❤️. The breakfast was delicious and we had 2 excellent massages upstairs. Thank you for treating us with love and kindness. You made our visit so special. Moe and Nancy ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. They support us fully during check-in and check-out. The room is large, airy, very clean and quiet The breakfast buffet is diverse and very delicious. The rooftop swimming pool is very beautiful, large and has a view of the sea. Fantastic! I will definitely come back here on my next vacation

スタッフの対応は丁寧だったが、お風呂のお湯が出なかったのがややストレスだった。周辺にお店はあるが、少し外れると治安が心配になる。隣の部屋や外の騒音が聞こえるので気になる人は避けた方が良い。空港送迎サービスを利用したが、30分以上到着が遅れても快く出迎えてくれたのが嬉しかった。

Very good hotel, comfy bed, close to the beach, super clean. I'd stay there again. Only thing is your hear showers and toilets flush from the room I was in. Not the end of the world!
