Our accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, with one bedroom having its own attached bathroom. For added convenience, there are two bathrooms in total, along with a washer and dryer to ensure your clothes remain fresh throughout your stay. The living room is equipped with a television, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite series. When you're ready to enjoy the great outdoors, step onto the expansive deck or patio area to bask in the fresh air. Grill enthusiasts will appreciate the inclusion of a stainless steel gas grill, ideal for whipping up delicious barbecues.

Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.


2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. NO guests under 18 years of age are allowed in the sauna.

4. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

5. Follow state laws when using fire pit

6. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

7. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

8. For noise complaints

8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
