"Amazing location! Quiet and very safe! Walkable to all attractions and shopping streets. Great choice of restaurants around. The suite is very spacious and spectacular loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great stay! Not to mention the beautiful balcony with the street view. Room service & customer service are amazing too. They are in constant communication with you to ensure your stay is comfortable. Would definately recommend booking with them! "

"The people did not communicate clear or in a way that let me accuse use the room"

"A very nice stay. We were only in Milan for one night so we didn’t have time for a full exploration of the area, but the room was clean and quiet, private bathroom. Lots of security to get into the building, apartment, and room, so certainly safe. Nice bathroom. Perfect for our one night stay."

"Cet hébergement est la plus grosse m3rde que j'ai jamais vu. C'est juste du vol. Déjà à 60Euros la nuit, ça aurait été très cher. Là c'était 160 balles ! C'est du grand n'importe quoi ! J'ai été contraint de prendre ça car il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs. On ne m'y reprendra pas à voyager à Milan !"

"The apartment hotel is located close to the main station but in a very quiet street. However, it is not very close to any of the main attractions in Milan, so use of public transport is necessary. The apartment was spacious and very clean (daily cleaning). I would say that some of the amenities were a bit worn down, but all in all, it was fine. Please also not that the reception is only staffed at certain times of the day"

Familieophold i Milano

"Fint hotel i Milano med gode rummelige værelser til familie på fire. Kunne godt have brugt at sengetøj blev skiftet en enkelt gang under opholdet da det kun er muligt at sidde i sengene når man er på værelset. Sengene meget hårde at sove i. Venligt personale. "

Mixed feelings

"Great location really close to the duomo. We arrived 30 minutes before checkin and was told that our room was not ready yet. Thats fair enough so we went for a walk. Our bags could be stored in the lobby - the man behind the desk was not very smiling or service minded. When we came back at check in time we were told that the room still wasn't ready. 10 minutes later the room was ready. We had booked a standard double room. Not the biggest room but it had what was needed. But it was tired with chunks missing around the doors, scratched headboard and the cleaning was not great - found other peoples hair in the bathroom. The room was to the front of the building so a bit noisy because of the trams - we knew that so not a criticism. On the second night the security light in the room started to flicker and it couldn't be fixed so we had to move to another room. They only had suites left so we got one of those. A whole different experience. New decor, larger, to the back of the building so quiet and clean. Great morning buffet but the waiters looked like they were really tired of their jobs. The beds were to the firm side. Would we return ? not sure - maybe try to find something similar in the area."
