I am Danish and forgot my passport, but I had a picture of it on my phone and my American friend offered HIS identification. She did not want that. She made it seem impossible for us to check in. Like we woud have to leave - too bad!
Then she finally called her boss who obviously told her to let us check in!

"Amazing stay at Laguna Beach. Hotel is quaint and has all the modern amenities needed. Location is central and walkable to everything. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. Rooms very comfortable. I am picky about beds and the bed was great! Slept very well. Highly recommend. "

The Studio restaurant was one of the best we dined at. All the other restaurants on the grounds were very good. Only area for improvement if possible is the valet area took long time to get car when they have weddings etc taking place..Suggest they re design have 2 lanes . One dedicated to car pickup other for car drop off - check in . Would...
