Welcome to our fun, private escape right in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood! Located just steps (literally) from the popular shopping, dining, and wine-centric area, this fully renovated property is the perfect retreat for a fun getaway, wine-tasting weekend, family gathering, and so much more. In the updated backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a heated spa, fire pit, lounge area, and more. The home itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience an extremely high level of hospitality during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and we can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This gorgeous Cottonwood neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the surrounding area but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

2025 Wine Festival Weekend

This place was perfect for our mother & daughters weekend to enjoy the Pecan & Wine Festival. Short drive to Camp Verde and most important only a block from Old Town Cottonwood. We enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and shops. The house was very comfortable and quite. One suggestion would be to have more lighting for the hot tub, maybe hanging lights.

Perfect retreat

The house was beyond expectations with modern decor and comfortable beds. My wife and I spent every evening on the patio enjoying some wine from the local wine rooms a short walk away. The location can’t be beat. Main Street and Merkin are a few steps away, with hiking in Sedona 20-30 minutes away. We can’t wait to come back.

Never again

The spa was green and smelled like swamp water could not go in it. Was told some one would fix it and they didn't come until our last day. also was advertised as having 1king 2 queen beds so someone had to sleep on the couch. The management never called me back or emailed me like I was told.

Great location. Cute house.

Great location within walking distance to downtown Cottonwood. Very close to restaurants and shopping. House was clean and stocked pretty okay. There was no real sugar for the coffee, but otherwise had what you needed including the coffee & powdered creamer. Bathrooms included shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Fridge has an icemachine. Will book again if in rhe area.

Another great teip to Cottonwood

The wife and I go to Cottonwood often. We enjoy the wine and the Valley. This place was a perfect stay. Close to Old Town. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Nice home — poor responses from REBL

REBL RENTALS has a very unusual check in process which requires you to email them a photo of your drivers license and a front/back photo of your credit card. We felt very uneasy with their demands on this issue. The home was nice, well kept, and located just a block away from shopping and restaurants. However, the property was located in a neighborhood that was much older and far less appealing. REBL RENTALS takes all calls for concerns and service but we found out that they do not have anyone working/managing for them on the area. When we found out that the coffeemaker was not working we notified them immediately. Two days later we were sent one which we had to set up. It was unable to power up. We notified them and they said they would try again. Each time we had to send them pictures of the coffeemaker via email. Finally a one cup off brand coffeemaker showed up the last night of our stay. We literally wasted hours of our anniversary vacation time talking, emailing, setting up, and checking on progress. Horrible responses — no company person locally — no feelings for us paying for amenities which were not available. Lastly they controlled the A/C and we were quite cold in the home but unable to change the settings.

Perfect spot to explore Cottonwood

Property is conveniently located to walk to all the downtown Cottonwood shops, wineries and restaurants. Great backyard, quiet neighborhood. Star gazing from the hot tub was definitely a highlight!

The house was beautifully renovated and the neighborhood very quiet and we could walk a few blocks to town for shopping and dining. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.

A great location

The rental is within walking distance to the Main St. strip in Cottonwood, which was excellent! The hot tub was a great addition, since it was super cold during my stay. The house was clean, and well equipped with everything you could need. My only complaint would be the temperature control on the thermostat. I couldn't raise or lower the temperature--it's locked. Although, there is an option to contact someone to assist with changing the temperature if need be. I would have liked it to be a bit warmer in the rental, but there were space heaters provided and that helped a lot.

Great cottage just steps from Main Street in Old Town Cottonwood. Very clean and well stocked. Large, secure backyard if you have a furry friend. Perfect escape for a wine tasting get a way.

Beautiful little home one block from Main Street!

Newly renovated and updated home. Nicely and comfortably furnished. The fenced in back yard including hot tub is a real bonus!

Close to Town

The property is walking distance to everything in downtown Cottonwood. The house was comfortable for me and my family (including my 3 and 1 year olds). Being able to do laundry was a huge plus. The only downside is Cottonwood isn’t that welcoming to Californians. One day there was a service man there for the spa and we parked our car on the street for less than 2 hours in the middle of the day. Someone intentionally bent our license plate at a 90 degree angle. That would be my only watch out. No other issues. Clean and cute house!
