"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"The hotel itself is attractive, the staff are excellent and the food is very good. The room we were given was more or less as shown in the photos though smaller than it appeared. It was a tight for 3 people and there was no place to sit and relax inside the room other than on your bed and the lighting there was not great. Although there is a gorgeous little private deck off the room, I was unable to use it because the mosquitos were so bad. However, my main complaint is with the listing itself....

"Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. This hotel is located in walking distance from the old town. I would prefer staying here rather than in the old town, where streets are crowded with people trying to sell you stuff. The area felt safe, and there are lots of nearby restaurants 1-5 minutes away. Recommend guests to plan a take-away dinner one night, just to sit on the square with the crowd. The pool inside Casa Relax was highly appreciated, and it was clean. I do not wish to stay in a hotel...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam empfunden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser checkin wurde von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter erledigt. Außerdem war der nette Mitarbeiter unser Barkeeper, Kellner zimmerservice, Gärtner und alles was es sonst noch an Hotelpersonal gibt. Wir waren mitunter die einzigen Gäste, was uns auch zu gute kam. Ist auch mal schön verwöhnt zu werden. Können wir nur empfehlen, wenn Kolumbien nicht so weit wäre, könnten wir uns...

"Jose is a great host and the hotel has spacious rooms, and lots of common areas where you can work and relax including the pool and hammocks and tables both indoors and Outdoors. Would recommend it. Very friendly Staff and great free breakfast"
