"Great location just beside the beach, with a fantastic view Everything was as described in the add The only thing to point fingers at, was the cleaning. There was sand everywhere on the floors, ind the sofas and in the beds"

"was a lovely little apartment but could have done with a plug for the kitchen sink and an electric kettle as it took 30 minutes to boil the hob kettle also maybe consider mugs for hot drinks as the cups only held 3 mouthfuls esecially for english visitors "

"A stunning property in a stunning location, Patricia and Gabi were excellent, very helpful and very accommodating. All three rooms were very large and airy, and the AC was most appreciated in the evenings. As advertised all the local amenities were nearby and Denia is a beautiful town, not too touristy, with loads of options for food, drinks and beach. "

"What a place. Well equipped, fantastic outdoor space and ideal inside place. Walking to distance to many places (hilly so be prepared!), short drive to many others and some fantastic views are in the doorstep. Great comms and great value."

"Séjour magnifique la maison est impeccable et bien placer, le calme plat. Maison bien équipé et hôte réactive. La ville d’alfas del pi et altea sont incroyables. Commerces tout proche vraiment rien à dire un 10/10! Des vacances inoubliables! "

"Bungalow très propre calme, et spacieux. Rien à dire sur tout les plans. Accueil chaleureux de la part de la gérante karen très gentille. "

"Una casa muy buena para descansar unos días, zona residencial sin ruidos. El menaje perfecto al igual que la cocina, el trato con los propietarios y la encargada de la entrada una maravilla.Solo faltaría especificar que el jardín trasero es comunitario por lo que si se va con perro la zona trasera se puede escapar con facilidad.La zona de la piscina también perfecta porque da justo a la salida de la terraza."

Die Wohnung ist mit allen sehr gut ausgestattetMan hat dort sehr viel Platz und ist die ganze Zeit ungestört.Von dem Haus aus ist alles gut erreichbar.Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Dame."

The property was beautifully maintained, located in a peaceful and quiet area just a short walk from the beach.The private swimming pool, which offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming. The house itself was very nice—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway."

"Perfect Villa, host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Shops nearby (walking distance) pool clean and loads of space available, much bigger than expected. No negatives apart from mosquitoes but that's not the villa's fault. "
