"Además del excelente trato por parte de todo el personal, el equipo de animación, tanto para niños y adultos a sobrepasado la máxima puntuación, muy bueno es poco, a mis 56 años he de decir que son las mejores vacaciones de mi vida en general y en especial en cuanto a entretenimiento y mira que he viajado por todo el mundo, el equipo de animación, mini club (tengo un peque de casi 6 años), entretenimiento para los adultos, yoga, jumping, aquagym, mini disco, teatro ha superado mis expectativas,...

"We had a disappointing stay at the Elba Costa Ballena. Apparently the spa hasn't been working for a year (which it says on hotels.com with very small letters), the big pool was already closed (no where were there any information about this) and because of the renovation of the spa the fitness center was covered in dust. On the positive side the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast good."

"Fantastisk venligt personale. Det gør sig gældende på alle de store hoteller jeg har været på i Spanien, at akustikken er dårlig, der er megen larm i spiseområdet. Her var der ellers gjort fine tiltag, så som filtdutter under stolene."
