"We had a disappointing stay at the Elba Costa Ballena. Apparently the spa hasn't been working for a year (which it says on hotels.com with very small letters), the big pool was already closed (no where were there any information about this) and because of the renovation of the spa the fitness center was covered in dust.
On the positive side the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast good."
