The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, on the ground floor.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• There are two driveways. The main driveway leading up to the house allows parking for 3 vehicles.

• There are two structures on this property. Guests are only renting the main three bedroom and 3 bathroom structure.

• The garage and its upper apartment are currently occupied by a long term renter. The garage, its upper apartment, and secondary driveway space in front of it is strictly off limits for guests.

• This home is equipped with a Ring camera system at the front door.

• There is no guest access to the garage on the property.

• There is a strict no-pets policy. Fines will be incurred if evidence of pets is detected.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
