"This rental shared one common wall with the main house. That was not an issue at all. We did not hear them and hopefully they did not hear us. If they did there were no complaints. It is bright with natural lighting and the furnishings and accessories were very nice. Don’t let the neighborhood approach deter you. It is a quiet neighborhood with zero outside noise. "A wonderful spot for our quick beach get-a-way! The property was stocked with everything we needed ... super clean and close to the market and lots of great eateries. It definitely was a plus to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and towels, and it's just steps to the beach. We look forward to our next stay! "
