"Unique, vintage motor hotel in a quaint old town. Walking distance to a few places to eat, including the Irish Cowboy pub, which had live music. "The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. "

"This is the third year me and my friends have stayed at Gustavo's rental. Each year it has met our expectations. It is very well maintained, directions are clear and concise, and the host is not only easy to communicate but accommodates you as best as he can. Each bed is very comfortable and the rental easy slept me and all my friends. The backyard is a great hangout spot for early morning or in the evenings. Possibly one of my favorite rentals I have stayed in."

"The property was not what we expected. We had a hard time finding the unit and after 3 calls to the 24/7 hotline we found it without their help. The unit was not the number we were given and we finally found a map near the community building. The surrounding neighborhood is very questionable. The outside seating area had not been cleaned a there was old coffee cups let out there from previous renters. The dishwasher was kind of broken but with some messing with the parts we were able to get it...

"This place was perfect for us three friends that needed to get away and get in touch with each other. it was so clean. The common area made it possible for us to come together in the mornings and just have a coffee and talk and in the afternoons we can we came together and just wind down. "Life long high school friends get together. The house was great. The backyard was so cute - just wish it would be kept up better - LOTS of weeds. And, we couldn't figure out how to turn on all the cute lights around the patio. Overall - nothing bad enough to change the wonderful weekend!!!! Also, the description of the property - "near" downtown Florence is a little misguided....probably 15-20 minutes."
