The apartment is located in the peaceful, outer part of Østerbro – a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with lots of greenery and a cozy atmosphere. You’ll have access to a small garden as well as a brand-new, beautifully designed inner courtyard, filled with plants and seating areas – perfect for enjoying a meal or a quiet moment outdoors.

It’s also close to Nordhavn, one of Copenhagen’s most modern waterfront districts. There, you can swim directly in the harbor, stroll along the promenade lined with cafés, shops, and restaurants, and take in the vibrant urban vibe.

There are great grocery stores nearby, and Østerbro is known for its amazing bakeries – I highly recommend trying some while you're here! Copenhagen in general is famous for its gastronomy, with everything from cozy cafés to Michelin-starred restaurants.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Upstairs: One bedroom with a wide double bed (low to the floor but with a high-quality mattress).
Downstairs: A smaller bedroom with a three-quarter bed – best suited for children, teenagers, or anyone comfortable with a cozy setup.
If needed, we can also provide an inflatable mattress, ideal if, for example, two children would prefer to sleep in separate rooms.
Amenities:
This is our private home, and it's personally and lovingly decorated.
You’ll have access to coffee, tea, dry goods, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.
Unfortunately, we do not offer bikes for rent, but I’d be happy to recommend nearby bike rental options.
The Svanemøllen Beach, a family-friendly and urban beach spot, is only a 10-minute walk away.

At check-out, we simply ask that the apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived: dishes done, trash taken out, and a quick vacuum.
Key return can be arranged when we meet, or simply by leaving it in the hallway – we’ll agree on that together.
