"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building "

I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Horrible. Firstly we couldn't reach a host and there was no number to call. The text exchange was just AI responses. I wish i could post the exchange it was ridiculous. The property was in a horrible part of town. Surrounded by homeless people. Uber driver insisted on escorting us in. When we opened the door to the apartment we couldn't breath. Clearly there had been work done recently as the smell of varnish or sealant of some kind was overwhelming. Without a window to open we had to vacate...

"For the price this was a nice place. A few dirty towels, walls/baseboards, and broken items. But management sent over towels immediately. I would stay here again! "
