"The review from February had not been posted until after our stay. If we had seen this review and pictures of an alley unit, we would have not booked this stay. The listing pictures of the exterior are of the "sister" building -- at the time of our booking, there were no exterior pictures of the actual unit. "Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"Great host, very responsive. The apartment is very nice, well taken care of with plenty of amenities during the week. There is many places within a 10 minute walk, that we went to and enjoyed. There is a lot of homeless but they left us alone. "

"There was a mix-up with the reservation and the host contact information was incorrect. Once I was in contact with the host, everything went smoothly, though I was switched to a different unit in the same building. The unit was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the Omni Hotel light display. It was close to the DART and Farmer's Market, which was nice. "

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"
