"I am giving this place a 5 star review because overall, it deserves it. PROS Outstanding location--downtown Dallas. Valet parking in the adjacent ramp--I cannot give enough props to the property management for this perk. In all honesty, this alone made up for the CONS that are listed below. The staff was quick and parking was super easy. A huge burden if not for this service. Excellent communication from the management of the location. We got text messages throughout our stay, just checking...

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Clean, modern and well-equipped in a fairly convenient location with garage parking, a gym and outdoor pool. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Dallas in the future. If traveling with friends or family, please be aware that there is no door to the bedroom so privacy is limited."

"We had quite some difficulty locating the apartment because the address is not at all well marked. The kitchen was devoid of any basic food items. I would have expected a small amount of coffee, tea, paper towels, etc.. the apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view of a canal that was fun to watch from the windows. "

"Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, conveniently located near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. I appreciated the high level of security, as an access code was required to enter the building. We were able to walk to the convention center each day, which was very convenient. However, be aware that there were some homeless people around the building."
