"I would not recommend stay here. Ever. There was nothing smooth about this stay. The dryer that was mentioned for use, did not work. There were not enough towels for the guests and of course we could not wash them as the dryer did not work. There was no remote for one tv in one room and the other room had no cable or firestick or anyway to watch tv at all. The amenities offered were not available. The only thing that went smoothly was leaving. I do not recommend staying here."

"The review from February had not been posted until after our stay. If we had seen this review and pictures of an alley unit, we would have not booked this stay. The listing pictures of the exterior are of the "sister" building -- at the time of our booking, there were no exterior pictures of the actual unit. The "sister" building is not adjacent, nor similar in any way. It is actually on a different street, two blocks away. Additionally, we did not have direct access to the pool, as a key-fob is...

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"The location was great. You are located in an alley but it is not unsafe. There is opportunity to park in front of the unit but you can’t control if others park there. Thankfully there is a parking garage right around the corner or street parking. The unit was clean except I would reccomend wearing socks. The owner is communicative and very friendly. They provided us with recommendations for things in the area. We would book here again. "
