"Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the home to be comfortable, spacious, and accurately represented in the listing. One thing we especially appreciated was the amount of space. The house accommodated our group well and never felt cramped. The location was convenient (we had a very easy time getting to Charlotte Motor Speedway!), and communication with the host was smooth throughout our trip. There were a few property-related issues during our stay that prevented it from being a 5-star...

"Super clean and well maintained. Big bedrooms which was perfect for traveling with a little one."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you see school buses going by, which made the experience feel especially authentic. "The property itself is very nice..It looks as promised. The only hiccup we had was that the code was not working for us to enter when we arrived. However, the host responded quickly and worked it out. We were also disappointed to find out that we could not access the pool. Overall, I would stay here again despite any small issues."

"Very clean and inviting house. Susan stayed in touch with us throughout the check-in process and was very thorough. Great towels and sheets ! As a COO of home textiles, I always look for those things and Susan has provided great towels and sheets which is very important to guests. The house is very clean and very convenient to downtown Kannapolis. Five star VRBO !!!Fenced in back yard which was great for our dog and the grand kids. Thanks Susan and Ben ! We really enjoyed our stay !"

"The property needs a cleaning. Old stuff in fridge and towels seemed not washed. Strong cigarette odor. Too many stairs wish that was mentioned more - not handi cap friendly. Mirrors were dirty."
