— Our townhouse is equipped with a walk-in shower only — there is no bathtub. We hope this meets your needs and appreciate your understanding!
— No garage, but two reserved spots and one visitor space are right in front. Free public parking is available about 100 feet away.
— The TV does not have cable or access to local channels. However, it is a Smart TV, so you’re welcome to log into your own streaming accounts (like Netflix, etc.)
— Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
— You have to follow Charlotte noise ordinance and make no noise after 9:00pm.
