Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

This home offers two street off street spot for two vehicles only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay!

Other Things to Note:
✍🏻 A $600 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

🔊Attention light sleepers! While our four-unit apartment quadplex ensures privacy, please bear in mind that they do share walls & we've got you covered with white noise machines and fans to drown out any outside noise!
also this home is conveniently located near the highway, so occasional noise may be expected.

🌳 Right across Goodale Park! Family, friends, couple or solo mind refreshing walks are perfect! Need snacks or groceries? a convenient store is just around the corner!
