Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk."

"This was a quick weekend trip for the Vail Dance Festival and this home was PERFECT for our stay! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and also had a great deck to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The location is also perfect! I came to this festival a couple years ago and our location that time was okay, but this location was GREAT! Just a five minute drive to the main parking at Vail Village. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Perfectly located for activities downtown in Grand Junction. we went to a concert at las colonias Park, and although it’s a ways, it was walkable. It’s very walkable to all the restaurants downtown."
