You’ll have full access to the entire back unit of the duplex, giving you all the privacy you need for a comfortable stay. You can enter through either the front or back door—whichever suits you best! Inside, you'll find everything is yours to enjoy, from the fully stocked kitchen and cozy living area to the three inviting bedrooms.
Outside, the private backyard is all yours too, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air. Plus, you’ll have access to a private washer and dryer, complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets, so you can easily take care of any laundry during your stay.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Duplex Living:
This is a duplex, so while you have your own private space and separate private yard in back, please be mindful of noise during quiet hours. Only one wall is shared with the other unit, and we appreciate your consideration of our neighbors.
🚗 Parking Instructions:
Please note that parking on the street is not permitted. Instead, parking is available off the alley, and you can access the property through the backyard. There are designated parking spots, including two covered spaces under the carport. After turning onto Woodburn, look for the alley on your right with a large yellow 'No Outlet' sign. Drive down the alley, and you'll find the carport on your right. Feel free to park under or next to the carport. Please be aware that larger vehicles may not fit under the carport.
