"Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in. "

"We really liked this cottage because of the old charm that it had been built in 1923 yet very modernized by the owner. We also love the location, not far from stores, restaurants, etc. very close to I 25 in the Broadmoor hotel, which was our main attraction. We loved Some of the cool creative decor inside of the cottage (see pics) and how friendly the host was."
