"Loved our stay over the 4th of July. Very clean pool area and all the grounds. Nice view of Lake Michigan from our room and the bridge from the front where we sat on the Adirondack chairs. Helpful staff when our TV was not working properly. Highly recommend and would stay there again if we return."

"The staff were very friendly. However, the front desk does not stay open at night. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to reset my room key after each use. Luckily, we didn’t lose one and we kept asking the staff to reset it so we always at least one key that would work. Our friends were in another room and never had a key issues so it was just our room 220. Rooms were clean. Location is great, especially for the ferry and shopping. Check in and check out and easy."
