"The room was a little outdated, the sofa bed wasn’t made and they people at the front desk assured me it was made. When I tried to called down stairs the phone wasn’t working, they can’t hear us at all. The waterpark area needed a little more of care, the kids play area was frozen cold, the pool water temperature was slightly better but still cold, the lazy river water temperature was the best of the 3 areas. "We really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. The people were friendly, but perhaps it was just the timing, but it was hard to have a conversation with them. The room was fine. The main problem for me was the huge jetted tub in the room. It made the room uncomfortable. The size of the tub was huge and I struggle to get in and out. It was fine otherwise.
