Leverkusen is ideally placed between Cologne and Düsseldorf. From Leverkusen Mitte Station (just a 5–8 minute walk), you can reach both cities in only 15 minutes – perfect for shopping, sightseeing, or attending the Cologne and Düsseldorf trade fairs.

3 minutes to Rewe supermarket (open daily 7 AM – 10 PM)

5 minutes to the shopping center

2–5 minutes to various restaurants

6–8 minutes to Leverkusen Mitte train station

Arrive, enter your code, feel at home. The “Jupiter” loft (approx. 40 m²) sits on the ground floor of our quiet courtyard – central yet wonderfully tucked away. Sleeps 1–4: a large bed plus a pull-out sofa bed (140×200 cm).

Included free of charge:
– Private parking space (no. 3) right outside your apartment door
– Gym & wellness room: treadmill, cross-trainer, multi-gym, dumbbells and a massage chair (opens with your door code, after a short introduction)
– 3 bottles of water daily (still or sparkling), more on request
– 1 laundry load per week (additional loads for a small fee)
– Welcome package, coffee & tea to get you started
– Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ & Zattoo

Comfort made simple: Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen you can really cook in: pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are all there – plus a bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Air conditioning for hot summer days – and a robot vacuum & mop is on board too. Driving an EV? A charging station is available on site – just register with us briefly. Bed linen and towels included, of course. Self-check-in with your personal door code – one code opens both the courtyard gate and the apartment, so you arrive whenever it suits you. At check-out, simply pull the door shut. Non-smoking apartment.

The location – everything on foot: Supermarket just 3–5 minutes away, open Mon–Sat from 7 am until late (until midnight on weekdays) – ideal for late arrivals. Aldi close by (Mon–Sat 8 am–8 pm), the Rathaus-Galerie shopping centre with around 120 shops in 5–6 minutes, restaurants and cafés within 2–5 minutes. Leverkusen Mitte station is a 5–8 minute walk – from there, Cologne or Düsseldorf in about 15 minutes, perfect for business trips, trade fairs (Koelnmesse & Messe Düsseldorf) and city breaks. By car: A59 access in 2–3 minutes, A1 and A3 just a few minutes away – your free parking space awaits in the courtyard.
