She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. "Staff was excellent, rooms have been updated and were comfortable/clean. Pool area restaurant/bar had good breakfast/lunch options but are pricey. Enjoyed the water bottle fill station in lobby and armband for room key is a nice update. Only stayed for one night to see some friends that were there, wouldn’t be my first choice but was overall a good stay. "

"The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."

"First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. "

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."
