"The reception staff were somewhat indifferent and not very friendly. We had a loft room which for space was good however the staircase was very steep with narrow stairs. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of pool and hallway noise. Our room was clean and King bed comfortable. Did not like putting our garbage and towels outside the door in the morning. Convenient for restaurants. Property grounds felt tropical which was fun."

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation.
