Escape to our newly renovated coastal cottage nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach—just steps to the ocean and a few blocks from the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier! Wake up to sea breezes, stroll with your morning coffee on the sand, and end your day with walks to vibrant restaurants, beach bars, and live music. The Cottage is a three bedroom, two full bathroom home designed for ultimate relaxation in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood- perfect for families, couples or groups of up to 10 guests.

The space

Sleeps 10: 2 king rooms · Nautical bunk room (4 twins) · Full sleeper sofa in the den

Baths: Spa bath with walk-in rain shower + Bluetooth speaker · Second bath with double vanity & tub/shower

Kitchen & dining: Quartz kitchen, coffee station, dining for ~8, vintage high chair, dish ware, spices, toaster, crockpot, etc.

Laundry: Washer & Dryer in the home

Yard: Pergola, fire table, bocce, 5-burner propane grill

Beach: Chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, toys, cruisers, all-weather surfboard

Parking: Driveway for 2 cars (plan ahead for larger groups)

No stairs on the property, across the street from the beach, sound machines and ceiling fans in each bedroom

10 min drive to the Port, 20 min drive to KSC

Grill propane tank kept filled; fire-table tank not refilled between stays — we’ll reimburse 1 tank with receipt

Low loft bunks: supervise kids; use carefully

Thermostat stays locked at 73 degrees in the summer months, can be unlocked upon request
