Home by the Beach with Heated Pool

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach and just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this home is perfectly equipped for a memorable getaway. Step into the brand‑new backyard oasis featuring a heated saltwater pool, a spacious tiki hut with both dining and outdoor living room areas, Polywood pool loungers, and a Weber gas grill. With plenty of room to dine, lounge, and relax, the fully fenced backyard offers complete privacy for your group.

Everything you need for a beach day is provided — towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, and a beach wagon to easily carry it all. Inside, the air‑conditioned garage game room delivers hours of entertainment with air hockey, ping pong, Tempest and other arcade games, a giant Connect 4, a 55" Roku TV, tables, and seating.

For safety and property protection, the home does have monitoring equipment. Security cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway. The property may also include a privacy‑compliant decibel monitoring sensor inside and outside the home; it measures noise levels only and does not record audio. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

This place was beautiful and just as pictured. Host provided everything needed to enjoy a beach day and a place to relax and cool off by the poolside. The beds were so comfortable and the location is great . Would definitely recommend and would love to come back sometime!

We had an incredible stay in Cocoa Beach—this location truly made the trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was being able to watch a shuttle launch right from the beach…such a surreal and memorable experience!The home was perfectly situated—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which we took advantage of daily. We also loved exploring the nearby park along the Banana River, where we saw manatees and dolphins up close—such a special bonus we didn’t expect.Another major perk was how walkable everything was. Our favorite spot ended up being 4th Street Fillin Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The food was fantastic, they had tons of gluten-free options, and the cocktails were excellent—highly recommend!The house itself was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the open floor plan that flows right out to the gorgeous pool area—it made everything feel so spacious and relaxing. The pool area was awesome, and our kids had a blast in the game room!The hosts truly thought of everything—you could tell they went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need and more.Between the amazing location, wildlife sightings, and great nearby dining, this was one of our favorite trips. We would absolutely come back again!

What an AMAZING trip. So happy we found this beautiful home at Cocoa Beach. We really enjoyed our stay! Communication between the host was exceptional throughout our stay and the home was clean and so comfortable. This house and the location was absolutely perfect for our first vacation as a family. It had everything we needed. The pantry was stocked with the basics (and more!) As well as anything appliance or gadget i needed. The game room was well used. The pool had life jackets for the little one. The whole house was beautiful and spacious. An appliance needed fixing and someone was over within hours to fix it! As for location, we did not have a car for a few days and were able to easily walk to the beach, the library, a lovely breakfast and lunch diner, the dollar general, which had anything you needed and other stores for shopping and ice cream. This is the only place i want to stay at now and i cant wait to come back soon!

Such an amazing experience. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks! Everything was super well stocked. We are coming from Europe and like to have a base to see family and friends. We usually stay by Disney and do enjoy it, but this was much better vibe and still just an hour to the parks. We were at the beach multiple times, used the pool every day, and the bbq a few times. Any inquiry and Teresa sorted pronto. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach property and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be a special vacation.The garden and pool area were the absolute highlight of our stay. The pool was spacious and perfectly maintained, and we spent countless hours relaxing there. The tiki hut in the garden was fantastic, it provided great shade with fans to keep us cool, and we loved having meals out there while enjoying the tropical paradise atmosphere.We were blown away by how incredibly well-stocked this property is. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could possibly need, it's BY FAR the best-equipped vacation rental we've stayed at. From cooking essentials to spices, everything was thoughtfully provided and clearly labeled. The garage game room was an awesome bonus for entertainment breaks from the heat, our son spent a lot of time here ;)Teresa was an exceptional host with fantastic communication throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by alerting us to all the rocket launches. We were thrilled to witness a spectacular night launch of a Falcon 9 rocket! This added such a unique and memorable element to our vacation.The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The property had everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, toys, and towels.This property truly has everything you need for a perfect Cocoa Beach vacation!

5 stars all around. The home was very clean and prepared for our arrival and had ample supplies that we didn't even expect to be provided. All tvs and electronics worked as intended, including the wifi. The game room was awesome and lots of fun. The outdoor setup was fantastic- tiki hut/cover and fans were a lifesaver given the heat. The pool is simply fantastic. The photos online match what you see in-person and there were some additional special touches, e.g., paper bow ties strategically placed in a few areas and a snack tray provided that added to our experience. Lastly, the host was gracious enough to work with us on an extended checkout time. Fabulous location that I could not recommend enough!

Beautiful home & great location!

This home is gorgeous and the backyard is beautifully landscaped with an incredible pool. Every morning we went to the beach & basically had it to ourselves! We spent the afternoons in the pool relaxing or exploring all the area has to offer. We had great weather & there’s a lot to do nearby. The host even sends a reminder for rocket launches. This is the best stocked VRBO we have been to yet. Teresa really makes sure her guests feel at home and comfortable! It was Halloween our first night & we took our 5 year old trick or treating! This neighborhood is wonderful & safe with awesome neighbors. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Place!

It was perfect for our family! This home provided everything we needed. Awesome pool. We enjoyed this quiet and relaxing getaway after spending two days at Disney World. Highly recommend!
