This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We hope to have you as one of the many happy guests who have visited us here over the years!

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed along with a tri-fold mattress for additional sleeping space, making it flexible for your group. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading up to your private balcony to unwind with the ocean breeze. The property also includes tons of beach gear to make your beach days effortless, plus access to a communal laundry area with coin-operated machines for longer stays.



With a laid-back vibe, convenient amenities, and a great location near the beach, this unit is the perfect home base for soaking up everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is parking onsite for your convenience. The area is also a short drive to Cape Canaveral and other local attractions.
