Full Description:
This beautiful vacation paradise is well equipped with everything you should need for a great stay. Smart TVs (Roku TVs) in all rooms allow you to bring your favorite shows with you from your own streaming service! All kitchen appliances (except for a dishwasher) as well as a washer & dryer are provided. A comfy pull out sofa sits in the living room giving you extra space to spread out. Don't forget your own private game room! And of course Wifi is provided for your stay. Tastefully decorated to ease you into the vacation mood! Equipped with a full functional security system for your safety and peace of mind!

Guests will be able to cross the street and use resort amenities, including additional fire pits, outdoor tables and seating, Grills/BBQs, hammocks and more! Beach access is just through the resort. Just follow the signs from your backyard along the path to the resort!

We also provide a few beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! The equipment shed is located at the resort (Please note, these items are shared between other guests - please return items to the shed when finished so other guests may use them. Contact the office at the resort with any questions).


Walk the beautifully decorated grounds of the resort or visit one of the many local attractions! Such as: Cocoa Beach Pier, the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Village or simply relax and unwind at Coconuts on the Beach!

**Please Note**
Beach access is through the resort. About a minute walk from the home. Follow the signs from the backyard along the path to the resort. You will pass by our other guesthouse!

PET FRIENDLY - Pets must be approved and a $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax) required after booking. Pets must be picked up after! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the resort.

The Beach is PET FRIENDLY! Time restrictions apply - all information is provided in your digital guide as well as online from the City of Cocoa Beach.

A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Cleaning Services available during your stay - inquire for more detail!

A Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property.

Our 2nd guesthouse is connected via the backyard which includes the walkway/path to the beach.
