The house is in an older condition, the kuds coukd only start using the hot tube at 4pm. But both the pool and hot tube where in great shape. The fishing off the dock is incredible. Bring your own gear.

The property was as expected and was comfortable in all aspects - although the master bed was hard and caused back pain for both of us. There was zero communication from the host prior to arrival - including the check-in instructions which we only got by logging into the reservation. The house was well stocked and had plenty of cookware and included a lot of cooking spices that others had left behind (rather than throw in the trash) which we appreciated. There was plenty of beach equipment, 4 bikes and 2 kayaks as well. The pool and hot tub were great, but the hot tub only turned on sometime during the afternoon, so couldn't utilize it until after that. Lots of comfortable outdoor furniture including a table for 4. Family room furniture was comfortable and the TV was great, but the remote is very slow to respond and there were no instructions on how to watch "regular" TV programming.

We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return to this property!

Great location, Beautiful pool

This was a great house. Clean and well stocked for the location - bikes, beach toys, pool toys, kayaks, even fishing poles. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Near the grocery store, great park and beach across the street. The canal is fun, we saw dolphins and manatees and lots of really cool birds. Fast responses from the owner. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend at Cocoa Beach

I give this property an overall 5-star rating. Here are my reasons:• Location: It’s within walking distance of the beach and close to the downtown area, the pier, and a supermarket.• House: The interior is average, but the outdoor areas, including the dock, pool, and jacuzzi, looked brand new. I spent most of my time enjoying the pool, dock, and kayaking.• AC unit: Also seems to be brand new, kept the house pretty cool and very comfortable.• Canal View: The house faces a canal, which is a big plus. If you factor in the dolphins and manatees swimming by early in the morning and just before dusk, it’s exceptional.• Owner: The owner of the property is exceptional. When I couldn’t find the oars for the kayaks, I posted a note on the app, and he immediately called me to resolve the issue. That’s true quality service.Overall, I would come back and rent this house again in the future.

Great spot to stay with kids

My kids loved the pool and hot tub. They also enjoyed the kayaks and fishing right off the dock. This house is close to all the things in cocoa beach and super close to a public beach access on cocoa beach which was convenient. We had issues with the hot tub warming up our last 2 evenings there but William was prompt about helping and got it going again.

A great Spring Break

My husband and I brought our girls and their friends for Spring Break. The location of the property was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to Lori wilson Beach and 6 to 10 minute bike ride to some shops, but close drive to most. The house is right on the river and kayaks were provided. We saw dolphins and manatees while kayaking. One night a dolphin swam by the house as well. We spent a lot of time out back, grilling, and using the pool. Oscar, the property manager was very nice and responsive. The only thing I would say, is it needs a deep cleaning- A lot of things build up from many users and kids. But the outdoor area and location was more than perfect. Everyone had a great time!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! An easy 10 minute walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub, we had lots of swim time. Here are some things we loved: *communication was very easy and prompt responses. *the location was absolutely perfect, quick 2 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk to the beach. *the beach cart, chairs, and cooler was amazing for our beach trips. *the pool was perfect for afternoon swims. *loved the outside furniture and grill. *there wasnt a list of rules or list of things needing to be done at checkout like some other VRBOs we have stayed in. Some board games or inside activies would be a nice addition, as would some child dishes/cups. The beds/pillows are not the most comfortable but everyone has differences in preferences. Overall we had a really great time and would recommend.

Perfect family trip

The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, very clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We went to the beach (5–10-minute walk), swam in the pool, went kayaking in the canal, rode bikes around the neighborhood. Beach chairs/umbrella and cart, bikes, kayaks, and even a pack and play for our granddaughter were available for us to use. I would definitely come back.

Bday get away with the furbabies & boat.

Great location and house. The inside is nicely updated and spacious. Out back has a nice size grassy area for furbabies plus a covered patio, hot tub and awesome pool. Dock was big enough to bring our boat but we did have to launch elsewhere. Saw lots of dolphins & manatees in the canals and ride out to the river. Host was very responsive with our one tech issue.

Beautiful setting and location!

This place is what you see in the pictures, the view out back, pool and dock is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are decent, beds were just fine. The location of the house is great for all local things we enjoyed the ease of getting around. Only “cons” would be the pool and jacuzzi have alarms in them and they went off quite often, during the day and night. The host had to tell us how to turn them off. When they went off angain in the middle of the night, a YouTube video helped us figure out how to turn them off. The host is very responsive and helpful. It would be nice though to have that info in the book for the place so that we don’t disrupt the neighbors. Overall, this wasn’t a damper to the stay, just would have been nice to know about. We quite enjoyed the home. If you get a chance, eat at Jazzy’s!

Fun week with a few bumps

Great location. Good layout for 2 couples. "Heated pool" means under 80 degrees (not suitable for swimming) and "hot tub" is only heated from 5pm to 12pm ( no morning or afternoon use). Kitchen was well furnished. We cooked and grilled. Linens were well worn and there were barely enough towels for our short stay.

We had a great time

Great location on a nice canal and walking distance to the beach. We used the kayaks to see the bioluminescent water at night. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a spare fridge in the garage.

ALMOST perfect

Nice location, very well stocked, and clean. However, the hot tub never heated up enough to be usable. I told the owner and he promptly sent someone over. Unfortunately he was unable to solve the problem. I thinhk it is a simple matter of reading the manual and setting tjhe right settings. I have a hot tub at home and would have been happy to do so if I had access to the manual and settings! the other problem we had - we could not sit outside because on the first day we got bitten so bad, that we could not anymore. I would suggest possibly a monthly spray service. Except for these two items, all was good.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was perfect for cool evenings, the kayaks and bikes were so great to have for getting around. The property had everything we needed. The home was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Week Family Time

This home has everything you need for a great vacation. Other family members that visited us mentioned what a great place we rented and that their rental had nothing compared to ours. I haav to say that being on the canal and so close to the beach was fantastic. The home had bicycles, kayaks, fishing poles, beach accessories, and a completely stocked house of everything needed. All you had to do is just bring your food. The owner communicated with us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you from the Morris clan.
