"The location in the South Historic District was absolutely perfect for reaching everything on foot - City market, North Historic District, River Street and parks. Accommodation was extremely tight for 2 adults (and I'm small!) for bedroom, kitchen and living space, and no access to balcony/patio - so we felt quickly claustrophobic. One bedside lamp was not working, one stove top element was not working, but for a 2-3 night stay and to have a parking space allotted these accommodations gave us...

"Everything was clean and cute, we had everything we needed, and the fenced courtyard was amazing for walking our dogs. We had a small after hours problem with the gate late on a Saturday, and they replied to us within a couple minutes and got us right in."

Check in was super easy and the keypad lock was easy to use.The location was convenient enough to walk to May River for the fireworks display, which turned out to be the quickest way back out.Overall, a very nice place to stay."

"This property is tired, poorly outfitted and lacking basic amenities and maintenance . The entry gate is off its hinges making entry very difficult. Sharp splinters, screw and nail tips will stab you every time. The outdoor patio has not been cleaned in a long while. The brick surface is collapsed and dangerous in some areas with an open hole simply covered with an outdoor umbrella base. And no umbrella..There are zero towel bars in the dimly lit bathroom. "Absolutely loved it here! Could not have chosen better place for me & my first trip to Savannah. Beautiful, historic, walkable, seemingly safe & desirable neighborhood. Very close to Forsyth Park, funky coffee shop/bakery, Mate Factor, with great casual menu & delicious bread, and a Krogers/Starbuck’s a short block off the back of the property.
