"BUYER BEWARE! It was 36 degrees outside and we weren't getting any heat in a pretty small space 380 sq ft. Got through the night and reached out to host first thing in the morning - they offered a space heater. We declined as I am not comfortable with them due to a previous incident with a family member. Offered a blanket. That wasn't going to help. Was never offered help troubleshooting assistance or to have a member of what they later referred to as the Maintenance TEAM come out to help us....

Highly recommend Mermaid Cottages and this house. We walked everywhere and others staying in the neighborhood were all friendly and respectful. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Location and standard are perfect, the service from the second reception was excelent and they helped with everything. The downside was the cleaning and the valet parking. If we didnt say we went out the we got no cleaning. The valet parking do not work with a phone from another country and nobody told us before the last day. "
