"Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. "

"Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky...

"Room was in need of maintenance holes in wall, mirrors with hand prints, couch looked like flea market rejects, water pressure terrible and slow to heat, window held up by bars, upstairs noise came into my unit, broom had climbs of black hair in it. While it was close to ocean there was no view. Dead flies in window sill and broken shade on door."

The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price."

"Loved the stay. The unit was super clean and just beautiful. The location was perfect. absolutely. The only complaint is that the electronic door lock was very difficult to lock. unlocked just fine."

"The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again."

"Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to...

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, on a quiet street, had plenty of room, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We love to cook on vacation so it was perfect. The location also was perfect. About 10 minutes from downtown, a quick ride to Tybee island, and a convenient Walmart and Publix right down the road. The neighbors we met were also really nice. We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Savannah. Many thanks to our hosts!"
