"Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master. "

"Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. "

"Didnt see any staff. Room was clean.ni e view from our room. Hot water could last longer. Very close to downtown. "

"The room was spacious and well appointed. There was not really a beach view from the room, unless you count a tiny sliver between buildings. Our room was on the second floor on the end closest to the lobby. Also, the picture showed a jacuzzi tube, but we only had stand up showers. The floors need to be better cleaned, as walking around without shoes on made the bottoms of our feet black. The restaurant was only open for dinner, and was not open on Sunday at all. "Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely...

"Everything was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. The cottage is so comfortable and it felt like a second home. Aaron was amazing to work with and answered any question we had with excellent recommendations and information. We will definitely book here again! "

"Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable."

"Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside."

"Very cute, clean, secure in a Great area, very walkable to all the sites in the historic and river districts. No onsite parking but the city parking garage was very close (And reasonably priced). "

"The beach is easily accessible off Central Avenue. There are some trails from the pool and from the restaurant but they are not as easy. Pool is easy to get to. Stunning views! The place is a good size too. The master bedroom/bathroom is very large. Cable TV in every room. The beds are comfy"
