"This is a top-notch place to stay in the historic district. The location is great and it’s a very walkable area. This is undoubtedly the most beautiful street in the area.
The staff there are excellent and extremely helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.
Some nice added touches were the evening happy hour with wine and appetizers, and the later evening dessert and port.

"My husband and I stayed for two days and it was the perfect short get away. There were good food options at the hotel and the hotel car was very convenient to get back and forth to River Street, which was walkable, but with the extreme heat made it difficult. I'm definitely coming back again."

"I’ll be spending a lot of time in Savannah work work and this hotel checks all the boxes. The staff is fabulous and the amenities and proximity to all that Savannah offers are perfect. "Needs a coffee pot they give u everything u need but that the shampoo and conditioner and body wash r to close to wall to use can't turn them the toilet and shower doors did t work we stayed for a week 1 laundry soap wasn't enough not not enough trash can liners took 4x to ask for some along with extra towels to get never did get extra towels as is it super damp in Savannah so when u show in morning they don't dry so would be nice to have so don't have to dry between each person the staff was...

"The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate.
I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-)
There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here.
BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)"
