"Booked our stay 5/12 for 9/26/25 check-in, received conf#, and verified the dates showed blocked out on VRBO calendar listing. We purposely rented 2 cabins from same owner for out of town nephew's wedding for 9 ppldogfood for 2 days.At check-in, discovered 1 of the cabins had been double-booked! Occupants stated they booked the prior week with owner's daughter, Rachel/their friend. Rachel took responsibility for the error/admitted fault/apologized, unsuccessfully tried to find another cabin, and...

"Great little rental that is clean and budget friendly. The only bad thing was that my corgi couldn't make it up the stair ladder into the loft due to his short stumpers, lol. My daughters and I enjoyed picking and eating the wild blackberries growing around the property. The host was very helpful and friendly."

"Very sweet host, good communication...exactly as described and shown. Very peaceful and scenic."

"What a treat to be in such a peaceful place. Everything we needed was there. Very easy process, easy to find, and so relaxing. Wishes we would have stayed longer to enjoy the property"

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was clean, everything was working, you had options of 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard). Waking up to the sunrise above the lake and being able to enjoy the calm was serene.Only item that would have made the stay better would have been higher water pressure, but this is not a reason to not consider booking again. This was truly a location to re-charge. Thank you for having us."

"I brought my husband and kids for a long weekend for Father’s Day. We were excited for relaxing and quality time with each other. Our expectations were far exceeded. We loved the use of kayaks and paddle boards. The outside was our favorite part. The cabin itself was immaculate with everything you will need for your stay. The host of this place is very responsive and knowledgeable!"

"AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms."

"Very cute cabin... Clean.. only issue was both days we were there the electricity was out for about 4 or 5 hours each time also the Jets on the hot tub didn't work.. the electricity may have been beyond their control but thought it was worth mentioning. Overall good experience.."

"My friends and I booked this place for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The scenery is incredible and really allowed us to take in the nature. The house was in great condition and there was plenty of space for us. We also loved the hot tub. Overall, this was the best place we could’ve booked for the price and we would definitely return."

"Great Location, fun for the kids!"
