Lake Shore cottage-waterfront

no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!


Brand new in December 2023! Lovely cute one bedroom one bath cabin located directly on the water with custom walk-in shower! Located just 30 minutes south of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Come take a break and relax, go fishing, read a book and enjoy your time away!

Serene and beautiful just 5 minutes off of i-75.

We have six additional properties in this community three of which are directly next door with a total sleeping range of up to 23 people!

Home base for a Mission Trip in Dalton

From the time we drove to the property to the time we left it was just perfect.The geese on arrival were a delight.The cabin with the view of the lake was just so special.We were dog tired when we would return to the cabin every night.Cozy and compact. Perfect for 2 to 3.Waking up rested and thankful for the shower and well appointed kitchen.The washer and dryer were a god send.The AC was amazing during a heat wave the week we were there. (High 80-90s)It is such a special place..if we have a reason to return to the area we will definitely check to see if the cabin is available.The Hosts are wonderful.

Such a cute place! Clean, beautifully decorated, lovely setting, had everything we needed. Host was very patient when we arrived and tried to get in the wrong cabin. :DBut they responded quickly, and we had a very nice night. The geese and turtles were fun to watch. Wish we had longer to enjoy the place.

Nice but needs some work and cleaning

Overall we loved the neighborhood and the fact that it’s on a lake- The floor in the until has water seeping up through the vinyl planks due to a problem with the plumbing. When I advised the owner I was told that he knew about it and was working on it, but we were not told that in advance, apparently that is what the humidifier is for in the kitchen area. It should be disclosed for safety issues and also so people can decide if they want to stay there with the water seeping up. The unit itself was clean, however outside needs some attention, it should be sprayed for spiders and cob webs need to be removed. Also the little door that goes from the screened in patio area sticks very hard due to water damage which is hard to open and there was always a puddle of water on the concrete outside the door. The kitchen has cookware and silverware etc. no frills like a writing pad or pen, shampoo, coffee, extra paper towels, blow dryer for hair stuff like that. There is one chair to sit on outside on the lawn area and a bbq but, the bbq is rusted and has a hornets nest it in so we couldn’t use that. This place could be amazing if it was stocked with some basic amenities and the leak is fixed.Also the geese are everywhere and with that comes a LOT of geese poop so beware and bring some shoes that you can rinse off but there is not an outdoor hose. Also the owner has probably 7 other cabins that have decks might want that instead-

Romantic Getaway with Hubby

This is a beautiful cabin. Quiet, relaxing, and amazing for a getaway. We decided to do a getaway for 2025 and this cabin was well worth it. Will definitely rebook for anniversary or another romantic getaway in the future.

Hurricane get away

We stumbled on this listing while trying to get out of hurricanes path. We absolutely loved the accommodations and these cabins a newly renovated so it was very clean. We will be back hopefully without having to run from storm

Amazed

Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful lined by the changing colors of the trees. A nice break from a hurried life. The cabin was adorable, clean, and nicely decorated. A peaceful event for us.

Cozy, Clean, Comfy Cabin

Not much to say except this is an exceptionally clean and cozy cabin on the waterfront of a small lake. Very peaceful area. You can hear some highway noise in the distance, but it’s not loud. Just noticeable. Grocery store and a few restaurants are within five minutes. We were only there for the night, so didn’t get a chance to check out all of the amenities, but no complaints whatsoever. Will try and make this stop again.

Cozy cabin

Stayed at this lovely cabin on a work trip to Dalton. It was clean, and beautifully decorated. A great spot to relax and look at the sun rise and set on the lake. The geese were very entertaining to watch on the property! Can’t wait to reserve this property again.

Weekend stay

Cabin was cute, well -appointed, and very clean. The caretaker wasin communication ahead of our arrival as well, and left the lights on for us as we anticipated a late arrival. The location was good for where we needed to be throughout the weekend. I didn’t feel comfortable walking our dog along the road of the area, and the residents didn’t seem to welcoming, but that’s not something this host can do anything about. In all, this was exactly what we needed for a short trip.

Cabin with a view

The cabin was nicely done with all necessary home conveniences. The view overlooking the lake was great. Lots of geese and turtles taking advantage of the lake as well. They were interesting to watch. The hosts were easy to work with with. I was in the area for work and this was a great alternative to a hotel. Will stay again when in the area.

wonderful stay!

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting

This cabin was exactly as described. New build, all wood inside and out. Very cozy and perfect for just the two of us and our dog. Fishing on the small community lake and lots of ducks and geese. We hope to visit again. Adding a dock to this property like the houses on either side would make this location perfect!
