"I have stayed in many VRBO but this one was one of the best. It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need. We didn’t need to bring anything excepts our swim wear for the beach or pool. It was very clean and Lou was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. It has lots of room and felt more like home. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful visit!!"

"We were very impressed with the condo. It was more than expected - outstanding & loved the binder of details along with the constant communication with owners when having questions. The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). The others staying within the Avalon location were very nice and polite. We would definitely come back again."

"Terrific place. Nicely decorated and modern. Great layout. Had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. Gated community. Kitchen had everything including coffee pods and two bottles of water. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Good lighting. Great location. Everything was as expected. Flowering bushes around the pool were very fragrant. Would loved to have stayed longer. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Avalon condo. It was super clean and spacious. It was very conveniently located about 2 miles from the beach. The pool and fitness facility was very nice and there was ample parking. I would definitely rent this condo again and Rosemary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. "Everything was PERECT. So peaceful sitting outside early morning outback watching dolphins swim by. Amenities were wonderful! The only thing that could possibly make it any better would be an elevator. Those stairs were a killer carrying everything up to the third floor. Haha Great host! Would most definitely stay again!"

"This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature."
