    Guests enjoy access to the St. Andrews swimming pool, complimentary parking, and a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful landscaping and renowned golf courses.

    The Space

    This hotel-style condo accommodates up to four guests, with two beds in the same sleeping area and one full bathroom.

    **Your accommodations include:**

    - Two beds accommodating up to four guests
    - TV with streaming entertainment
    - Complimentary Wi-Fi
    - Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker
    - Washer and dryer
    - Air conditioning and heating

    Please note that this is a hotel-style accommodation, not a full apartment. There is no full kitchen, stove, or oven.

    Pool and Resort Setting

    Relax and unwind at the designated St. Andrews outdoor swimming pool, available to registered guests staying in our condo.

    The property is located within Innisbrook, home to the renowned Copperhead golf course and the PGA TOUR's Valspar Championship.

    Please note that our privately managed condo does not include unrestricted access to all Innisbrook resort facilities. Additional resort pools, golf facilities, spa amenities, and recreational services are not included with your reservation.

    Explore Florida's Gulf Coast

    Palm Harbor is a fantastic location for exploring nearby destinations, including:

    - Downtown Dunedin — restaurants, shopping, and waterfront charm
    - Tarpon Springs — historic Sponge Docks and Greek dining
    - Clearwater Beach — beautiful beaches and Gulf sunsets
    - Palm Harbor — local restaurants, parks, and shopping

    A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.

    Guest Access and Arrival

    Guests have private access to the entire condo, complimentary parking, and authorized access to the St. Andrews swimming pool.

    The condo is located within Innisbrook's gated community. Registered guests must present identification at the security entrance.

    **Important:** The unit is on the third floor of the St. Andrews building. There is no elevator, and guests must use the stairs.

    Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Smart-lock instructions are provided privately to confirmed guests.

    House Rules

    - Maximum four registered guests
    - No smoking or vaping inside the condo
    - No pets, subject to applicable service-animal requirements
    - No parties or events
    - Please respect neighboring guests and residents
    - Follow all posted St. Andrews pool rules

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and very quiet. The accommodations were clean and the owner was great with communication. We definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great inside and out of the room. Pool isn’t great for small children as it is only 3.5 ft in the shallow end. We have a 6 yr old and he couldn’t touch. The address kept wanting us to go to the other side of the property, thankfully there was a great gate operator that gave us the correct directions. There are a lot of signs that say st Andrews buildings but not specifically which building this unit is in until you pull up closely to the front door.

Perfect spot to stay!

We were able to book this place quickly and easily and the owner was so helpful especially because we booked last minute. Everything was clean and well kept and the owner had great communication to make sure we had a great time and any questions answered. Highly recommend! Also very close to many stores and places to visit!

The room was hot at night and we were not able to adjust the temperature. I personally had an issue trying to receive messages from the host. The app did not recognize my stay. Also, I wish I could have received check in information earlier than the day of, due to both the hard time accessing the App/message and because I was traveling.

Nice place.

My family had a nice vacation. Only thing to ask more was some dishes in kitchen. We had to buy paper and plastic.

Host was great and very responsive to questions. This is a nice unit but I would not call it a “condo” like many other units in Innisbrook. No table, couch, etc but the pictures show it. It was more hotel-room like but did have microwave and small fridge. The adjoining room had a very noisy family with kids and there is not a lot of noise-reduction with a shared interior door. It is a 3rd floor unit so be ready to climb steps which I was good with. We would stay again.

Nice place to stay

Everything was fine, but the light in the bathroom.Above the toilet, blinks on and off and it needs a new tub Spout , cause all the water does not come out of the shower head And the cold water drips on the Sink in living room Vincent Pisano

Not a Cozy Condo

We have stayed at other properties at this location, all of which were actual condos. This is a poorly appointed, though large, hotel room. It is in no respect a condo. The host is basically an automated email responder. It took until my third inquiry to get the wireless information even though I received messages "from the host" in between the requests. There were no instructions in the room, no checkout conditions, and there certainly was not even a kitchenette level cooking option. We had planned meals based on the "Cozy Condo" title. So, if you want a hotel room with fewer supplies, i.e. no cups, no tissue, a blinking light in the bathroom, and almost no "host" interaction, then the room is fine and it is cheaper than local hotels. The beds were nice, the TV was nice, the place was clean, but otherwise it was a disappointment. We even left two days early because of hurricane Helene and the host never responded to that fact. Only, hey, I hope you enjoyed your stay, remember to check out by 11am so we can get things cleaned. If you are looking for a condo, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, then it is a good price for that. It is on the third floor with no elevator, so if you aren't in good health, don't try it. Expectation management is the issue, and this is just a clever marketer with no a care for those who stay in the place. There were no lies on the listing, just misleading information and pictures. Not a cozy Condo!
