"Great place and great location. We do an annual baseball trip each year and often stay in local hotels- but this property allowed for more space for our family to relax and enjoy. The video games were a plus too! Location is an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants."

"The townhouse was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. Being able to watch the dolphins play from both the master bedroom window and the second floor balcony was very cool. Some of our favorite memories include the night lights and star gazing from the rooftop! We hope to return soon :)"

"Overall we had a nice experience staying here. It was spacious, clean, and very quiet and just steps away from anything we wanted to do in Clearwater. The unit was well equipped to make some meals but also close to so many restaurants which we enjoyed walking to. The teens loved the hot tub and being able to walk to the beach and fish on the dock. Great and fast communication from the Host. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!"

"Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!"

"Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky."

"It was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. 6 short blocks to the beach and in the other direction 1 long block to the bay. Beautiful homes to see when we walked in the evening. The beach was not crowded. The covered pool was great when we came back to the house from the beach. The grill is a charcoal grill, not a gas grill. So take charcoal and lighter fluid and matches. They do have a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. It was a great stay."

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
