Villa Siena by Villa Plus

This charming 3 bedroom villa is in a fantastic central position. It only takes 5 minutes to walk into the resort centre, where there are many shops, restaurants and bars, and a few minutes more to the lovely sandy beach of Calan Blanes. Villa Siena has a private saltwater pool and garden, as well as a fantastic BBQ house and an exterior dining area with colourful bougainvillea. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included.

Villa Siena is in the area of Calan Blanes, which has merged with neighbouring Calan Forcat, creating one of the largest resorts on the island. The main street is in Calan Forcat, within 5 minutes on foot, and is lined with restaurants and shops, plus there's a great waterpark here, too. The lovely sandy cove of Calan Blanes is only 10 minutes' walk away. Anyone with a hire car will also have plenty more shopping and dining opportunities in nearby Ciutadella, the island's ancient capital town.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
