Menorquina Son Moix welcomes you to Ciutadella, Menorca. Just steps from the Artrutx Lighthouse and 150 m from the sea and the island’s best sunsets, the house is in a peaceful area. Our cosy holiday home offers 109 m² of living space on a private 450 m² plot, ideal for up to 5 guests.



There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing comfort for families or small groups. The fully equipped private kitchen lets you cook just like at home. During your stay you’ll have air conditioning, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are available on request.



Outside, enjoy a private garden and both covered and open terraces with different spaces for outdoor relaxation. There is an uncovered parking space, and parking is always available at the door. The private saltwater pool is ideal for cooling off in summer while reducing chemicals, and there’s an outdoor shower for your convenience. The property is close to the beach, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean surroundings.



Public transport is easily accessible. Events and parties are not allowed. Beach towels are provided for your comfort.



Menorca has been a Biosphere Reserve since 1993, and for us, caring for the environment is a way of life. In 2026, we fully renovated the house, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.
